Texas Fight!

We recently took Caroline to her first Longhorn game this season. She was SO excited to go and wear her beautiful Longhorn dress. Check her out with Nani and DaDa as we walked to the stadium.

We got there pretty early so we decided to kill some time at the Ex-Students Association. The Texas Spirits saw Caroline and immediately wanted to paint her face. While I'm sure they're used to painting longhorns on game day, Caroline wanted a yellow and purple butterfly. Shocking.

After face painting, it was time to go inside and wait for the pep rally. Mom wanted a picture with Caroline and Hook 'Em. As you can tell, she was TERRIFIED of the big furry guy. I think we'll hold off a few years on Disney World. She loves real Longhorns, but is frightened of the people in big furry costumes.

Caroline and Mom sang "The Eyes of Texas" with the Texas Cheer squad.

Then we got a balloon animal...once again, it was a yellow and purple butterfly. She's very consistent.

She had a blast at the Ex center.

Then it was time for cotton candy with Daddy before the game.

We got really close to see the band march in.

Then she sang "The Eyes of Texas" with Daddy before kick off.
